As Chairman of the Impact Mentoring Academy Board, I am honoured to serve in this mission to prepare our youth for greatness.

At IMPACT, we believe that every boy has within him the seeds of greatness. To us, that means the boy is the solution, not the problem, and we have the unique privilege and awesome responsibility of unlocking that potential through a transformational educational experience that will enable him to reach his full potential as a man.

 

We have a strategic plan to provide focus for our creativity, details for our individual duties, and benchmarks for the measurement of our success. To date, our graduation, retention and persistence rates are exemplary, and I am excited about the possibilities for the future.
