All prospective students must submit an application form which may be obtained from the school office or website. When all pages are completed, the application documents may be submitted to the school office, emailed to or mailed to:

The school will not process any applications until all the following items have been received:

1. Student application form completed by the applicant - both paper and online forms are available.

2. Parent survey completed by the primary parent/guardian - both paper and online forms are available.

3. Reference letter from the student's English and Math teachers as well as the School Administrator/Counselor describing his/her class performance and behavior.*

4. The most recent student report card.

* If the student's current school is not allowed to provide academic reviews for admission, please have a mentor/coach/pastor who has known the student for at least a year complete our General Review form.
